Document legacy camera support in Bullseye #32

It appears the latest bullseye adds legacy camera support back in. See https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspios_armhf/release_notes.txt This requires setup with raspi-config. So we need to test that this works, then update the docs.

point to latests bullseye download in the Flash Operating System docs
add any necessary documentation describing how to do the raspi-config steps to enable legacy camera support.
