Add a indexers/script/build-end bash script

To generate random secret needed and or serve a small cli to fill missing part

I still need to reflect on this, ideally it will be easy to run both network in paralel in local without losing your volume, currently the script list is out of hand and our env are not always getting use the way they should.

Likely using a Makefile will help
