In staking filters options, filter by domain should be a dropdown selection to improve UX

This task is actually blocked by the revamp of the staking indexer, since we moved to a different indexer framework, the staking indexer has been non-functional. I'm in the process of re-writing it as we speak.

But basically, when on Taurus Network, on the Staking section, the filtering or search option should give us a dropdown with the domains available on this network instead of entering domain id.

I should have a first version of a minimal staking indexer working by next week
