Add banner to page when visiting a URL that has an unsupported network

Currently when visiting a page that points to an unsupported network (for example https://astral.autonomys.xyz/bob/consensus)

We present the home screen of the default network (mainnet)

It will be best to have a similar banner as the OutOfSync banner but mention that the network search is not available (or something more nice and polite)
