Why .Net Standard was drop? #118

I noticed the .Net Standard 2.0 support was removed in the last release.

I wonder the reason that was changed?

Now I have some projects stuck with the old version, I'm not using .NET Core.

I have same issue with intergrate and maintain with old project as well.
