automaticSilentRenew example

Reading through the documentation it's not clear to me at all how silent renewal is supposed to work. Which configuration values are required exactly? automaticSilentRenew is set to true by default but I still get logged out after a few minutes.

I'm glad to update the docs if someone can provide me a working example and walk me through it.
