Build up the components here in this repo

We should create all the components for d7 or d8 or something else in this repo.
those can be bower or npm packages or even yo generators.
I will copy all the issues that are created in ocelot that are component related and put them here.
can be created in components/ and there we can make subs...d7, d8 etc
For this issue we should create this structure...
