What happened?
Aurelien, I hope you're not fed up with me keep reporting things. It's 100% well-intentioned.
Today's continues with the masking problems, with the same raw and XMP starting point as yesterday.
Today the step where it goes wrong is moving the mouse wheel to change the size of the "pen" when making a drawn mask.
This problem is more likely to occur the first time the raw is processed. It's as if something is not set up properly to begin with, then gets sorted out, or at least improved, with more operations. Anyway this is what I have just done to show the problem...
Have ansel in .config and .cache as "clean" as possible, nothing done with a fresh appimage except set preferences and display profile. Raw has previously been imported but no processing except the auto things.
Run appimage in Terminal. BTW getting
[dt_shortcuts_load] token '(null)' not recognised
this time, though earlier today I got a run without this.
Load the XMP. (same as yesterday)
Double click into darktable
Do new occurrence of Exposure. Do mask, para+drawn
Click Jz, the right of the two droppers, select a rectangle of pure sky.
Click the show mask button, see yellow, ok so far, like this -
Click the pencil/brush to do the drawn part. Move circle over the yellow area. Move the mouse wheel to change size. Preview is immediately corrupted, but it's different every time. Like this just now
Earlier today like this when I did the above or something similar.
Run the pipeline recalc - preview now looks ok, the para mask is shown in yellow.
I'll leave it there. I suspect if I went on I'd see more similar things happening.
Does your problem occur with OpenCL enabled ?
I don't know
Does your problem occur with OpenCL disabled ?
No
Previous Ansel version that use to work
No response
Output of ansel -d all

No problem, as long as it's not duplicates and I have enough info to reproduce.
I can't reproduce after having fixed #407, so given that both bugs happened at the same time and both targeted caching/recomputing, it would seem that they are related.
