IAM-WL - Opening conversation thread viewing the oldest messages instead of new

Upon opening a conversation thread, the screen is set to view the top of the page, which is where the oldest messages start. Instead, the screen should be viewing the bottom of the thread where the newest messages are.

Expected: Opening a conversation thread, the screen should be viewing the bottom of the thread where the newest messages are.

Actual: Opening a conversation thead, the screen is at the top of the thread looking at the oldest messages, leaving the user to have to scroll to the bottom to view the new messages.

Repro:

1. Open conversation thread with 10+ messages (this will give enough content to have to scroll through the thread to view all messages)
2. Notice the screen is looking at the top of the thread, where all the oldest messages are.
