IAM-WL - Sent messages do not show in conversations

Description:

Sending a new message from the IAM app does not show the new messages in the conversations. Only received messages populate the conversation thread

Actual:

Sending a new message, or replying in a conversation, does not show the sent message. Only shows received messages.

Expected:

All messages, sent or received, should be shown in the conversation thread.

Repro:

1. Open a conversation thread, or from inbox page, hit New Message
2. Create and send a successful message (seeing this with both SMS & MMS)
3. Notice "Message Sent" pops up, but message thread not populated with sent messages

Origin (WL IAM App)

Destination (native android messenger, different device)

Notice, circled in red are the messages sent from the IAM app that the Destination device received but are not shown in the IAM message thread.
