IAM-WL - Unable to mark messages as Read/Unread on long-press

In the conversation thread, the user is unable to mark a message as Read/Unread as specified in the IMMN v2 App Wireframe. Long-pressing a single message only gives the option for the use to delete the message.

Expected: Upon long-pressing a single message in the conversation thread, the user should have the ability to mark a single message as Read/Unread.

Actual: The user does not have the ability to mark a message as Read/Unread.

Repro:

1. Open a conversation thread
2. Long-press a single message
3. Notice no option to mark the message Read/Unread is available
