Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • at protocol stream transfer currently uses encryption_service.dart which uses EncryptionUtil for encrypt/decrypt stream

Describe the solution you'd like

  • at_client_impl.dart -->stream
    _encryptionService!.encryptStream
    replace with at_chops method.
  • stream_notification_handler.dart --> streamAck
    encryptionService!.decryptStream
    replace with at_chops method
