Reviewers updated notification not working properly

Hello,

The Reviewers Updated notification does not seem to be working as expected. In case I enable the Reviewers Updated, like this:

I only get notifications when I add or remove myself as reviewer in a PR. If another Admin adds or removes me from the reviewers, the notification is not sent on Slack.

I have observed that the notification would get to Slack in case the Updated event is selected, but the text on Slack would be PR was updated, not indicating the action was a Reviewer update.

It does seem similar to what was described in Issue 103

The test was done using Bitbucket 7.21.16 and Slack for Bitbucket 4.0.8/

Thanks for reporting it @ulissesn ! It may be either regression or incomplete fix of #103. An investigation is needed here
