dendrogram calculation issue

Dear Mr. Tarashansky,

Thank you for your brilliant toolkit! It works well! I was wondering which element in the sm.samap.adata do you think can be used to calculate hierarchical clustering, the connectivities (obsp) and umap information (obsm['X_umap']) could be used but are not reasonable. Based on your tool, if I want to plot a hierarchical clustering for the integrated atlas at the cluster level, what should I do?
