[Docs Bug 🐞 report]: Few outdated info on /tools/generator and /tools/cli

Describe the bug you found in AsyncAPI Docs.

1. On page for html the below code is provided which is not working
   npm install -g @asyncapi/cli asyncapi generate fromTemplate https://bit.ly/asyncapi @asyncapi/html-template -o example
2. On page Example given below Installing is wrong because asyncapi new implementation is changed few weeks back PR.

Attach any resources that can help us understand the issue.
