Function "numpy.array" is not valid as a type in python 3.7

To Reproduce
use numpy.array as a return type

failed package version: python==3.7, numpy==1.21.5
passed package version: python==3.6, numpy==1.19.5

Expected behavior
It's expected the return type numpy.array is recognized in all versions satisfy requirements.
