We currently output the phase shift, but it would also be useful to output the time of maximum brightness. I vaguely remember us outputting it at one point in time, and replacing it with the shift because it's equivalent, but it's certainly inconvenient for certain use cases.
The use case I myself encountered was trying to predict the light curve of a Cepheid during a specific time window.
