Index plotypus on PyPI

We ought to add plotypus to the Python Package Index (PyPI), so people can do things like pip install plotypus, instead of the somewhat arduous process involving GitHub. We also want to make sure nobody else steals the name from us on there.

Versions to add to PyPI:

• 0.2.5
• 0.2.6

For now, I've created the plotypus page on PyPI here.

I tried uploading the plotypus v0.2.5 source code, but ended up having a little trouble. I'll sort it out.

For now I'm adding a checklist to the original post, for the versions we need to add before closing this issue.
