Sphinx not playing nicely with tqdm

tqdm progress bars inside rendered notebooks look weird. See attached. This is true both for lsdb documentation and hipscat-import.

The only issue in the lsdb notebooks was caused by the tqdm progress bar in the import tool, which was fixed in astronomy-commons/hats-import#226
