How to specify the setuptools version to use when syncing #1290

Due to pypa/setuptools#4519 and setuptools deprecating a method that breaks a lot of old packages.
We've tried setting it as a dependency, setting it in the requires of the build-system section.. but no luck. How can we define the setuptools that uv uses ?
