[new-feature]: Possibility to modify file loglevel per section in dialplan

Feature Description

Using for example verbosity 3 in log files, would be convenient for a particular section of
dialplan (example: a crontab asterisk -x 'bla bla bla' launched each X minutes) to not log the executed actions.
Something equivalent to Verbose(0,) or logger set level off for console.
