Strange visual once activated on a fresh install.

Obyon must be activated like a module, not a simple template.

Go to Home > Setup > Module and activate Oblyon.

It seems to be related to top menu, if I have enough activated modules (>=11 entries in the top menu), I don't have anymore the design issue.
