Dynamic queries are deprecated #24

We allow parsing of queries into static versions (see 31e145b), but we aren't deprecating dynamic queries which are much easier to use.

The whole static module business is not ideal, see https://github.com/github/graphql-client/issues/128 for a proposal to remove this.
