Add support B5178 (2 zones for indoor and outdoor)

I would like to see support added for the Bluetooth Govee Hygrometer B5178.

Describe the solution you'd like:
The B5178 is being recognized however, seems to be combining the the 2 zones for indoor and outdoor into one number on both temperature and humidity.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
I have attempted to report via another Govee plugin however, since this is a Bluetooth only hygrometer, they suggested that I approach it here. homebridge-plugins/homebridge-govee#187
