Gear Repair Level

There is no condition for checking armor repair levels.

I'd love a unit condition for armor repair level (current repair level / total repair). It could check the whole group and I could see when people need to repair, including myself!

I thought about using weak auras, but I'd love a TMW icon that I can easily personalize.
