Script ran too long errors give me a long freeze #2241

Describe the bug

Got a 3~5 seconds freeze when Summon Infernal TWM icon try to send Sound Notification and it logged 3 LUA errors

This doesnt happen too often, like maybe only happen once every 2~3 days, so I dont think its easy to reproduce
Also Im not sure if my previous freeze are all point to the same LUA errors because I didnt/forgot to check

The exported string is a 3x3 layout
First row is Spymaster meta icon
