Make it possible to show item rank on the icons

I love using tellmewhen to track herbs and ore when farming, and with the new expansion we have different ranks of each herb. Is there a way to track item quality on the icons?

Already mentioned on disc, but adding here as info for the ticket.
For non retail players some crafted items/ingredients have a ranking from 1 to 3, 3 being best.

They can be differentiated as they've a different itemID for each rank.
