Since an error in comments is probably not a 'bug' I will put it here ...

The following comment line is obviously in error.
raspi-config
Line 153 # $1 is 0 to disable overscan, 1 to disable it

As per the code that follows it, the comment should read:

$1 is 0 to disable overscan, 1 to enable overscan.
