Feature: display all accession numbers associated with an AIP #157

This feature requires more requirements specification to clarify where and when accession numbers would be displayed.

Note that an AIP may be associated with more than one transfer/accession number.

Can we definitively link a File in an AIP to one or more accession number?

Add accession model
Add logic to parse out accessions from METS and add accessions to the DB
Add display of accessions on AIP detail page (where files are displayed)
