Include NPC bio and previous conversations in LLM summarisation request

When an LLM is asked to summarisation a conversation for NPC memories, the LLM is given little context about the conversation. To improve the LLMs ability to summarise a conversation, the NPC's bio and previous memories could be passed to the LLM to additional context.
