As Eclipse Passage is authored by ArSysOp, Sito needs it to be exhaustively explained and promoted.

Following themes are to be covered in the scope of this issue:

general purpose
list of typical use cases (to be widened and turned to case study articles)
kinds of target platforms (target auditory)

Can be done in markdowns or raw htmls (will be designed to fit the site anyway).
