Latest build update: Unlock focus sequencing for Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens.

Changes:
- double check focus forward range limit in case the focus move function didn't detect naturally an out of bound when moving at step speed=1 (50mm case, detection ok at speed 2 & 3), avoiding the lens move to remains stucked forever
- compute averaged step movements (speed 2 & 3) using a real (double) value to increase the computation precision
- hide the focus distance from UI when unavailable (some lens doesn't report focus distance at all, like the 50mm)

• SD/CF remaining space addition:
  • "SD:999" (single slot) or "CF:999 SD:999" (dual slot)
  • unit is GB
  • value is properly refreshed after recording (manual computation, took ~5ms)
  • temperature may disappear of the top bar when dual slot display
• focus sequencing module (code to be put in conformity, feature to be tested further, not documented yet)
