Update installation architecture: tarball #37

As discussed in #31, gonna refactor to deliver as a tarball which can be extracted.

In the tarball will be:

  • install.sh (or some shell script)
  • directories containing scaffolded out templates
  • other things?

Will also need to build a packaging mechanism. Needs testing on both OSX and Ubuntu (both the build/package and the extract/install). Should automate the testing
