Bandscope and Broadcast version

Hello,

It's simple.
If you want to be able to listen to the FM broadcast (for news or music), use the Broadcast version.
If you want to be able to have a bandscope (sort of spectrum analyzer), use the Banscope version.

@kejXero you should check out my fork of 2.8.1 with most of the changes of 3.0, except it's missing the channel input smarts (#121) because I feel it can be done in a better way (plus I think it causes problems in the menu for some people), and I have disabled VOX.
I'm still learning though, and my fork is just for experiments and things I hoped would get adopted by Armel. There is no guarantees it'll be maintained in the future, but I'll try my best to implement bug fixes and the occasional new feature. FM and bandscope will always coexist!

Also: @armel feel free to copy whatever looks interesting. Ideally you copy everything so I don't have to maintain my fork anymore 😆

Jung, please note that the VOX function is used by many users. It is a classic transmitter function. But if it is not used, it is still possible to recompile my firmware (version v3.0) WITH the bandscope and FM broadcast but without VOX. It still works (79 bytes left). I add it to the latest version, just in case...

Thanks so much Armel, for the v3 fixes, and especially no-vox version! I also could not choose between my 2 fav features 🙃 I thought I might have to stick on v2.8.1, so I really appreciate the third option very much. (Though I know it's valuable to some, I have never actually used vox in 30 years as a ham, so it is a very small price to pay.)

One other original feature I keep turned off is the dual watch - (that is only useful to me in true simultaneous dual-receiver transceivers like the Yaesu VX-7r). Would an option to disable all the dual-watch-related features, in favor of the lovely single-channel mode, potentially save more space? (I may eventually have to construct my own true dual-receive, version by gluing two f4hwn v3 UV-K5s back-to-back 😂)

Yet another feature I don't use is the DTMF decoder (I do use the encoder regularly though).

Thanks again Armel for all your efforts on this fantastic firmware! Your improvements and feature choices have been exactly aligned with my preferences, turning these cheap radios into very much my favorite receiver and constant companions.

The ScanRange function doesn't appear to work in the VOX-less version. Guess I'll be staying on v. 2.8.1 :)
