Help with Jonathan theme

I was wondering if anyone already modified Jonathan theme, which I like. But I like to make small adjustment from this

The issue is that when I like to copy command and the output, the `----(Sat,Feb22)--|" also get copied and all the spaces before after the command. If someone knowledgeable could help me with it or share a theme if you already done it.

BTW, what is the s005, looks like session ID? Could this be removed or even replace :s005 with Feb22?
