App should better handle an offline server #168

When the server is down and we just load the app, here is what we get

We should not see the "verifying signature"
We should see the "sword reconnect" button (which appears only if there was a first connection to the server before the crash
We should not see again the "connecting to the server" (this one should only appear when the connection crashed AFTER having first succeeded)
