Support for Hiking DDS-238-2 wifi energy meter

Hi,
I have a Hiking DDS-238-2 wifi energy meter. I have use this (https://github.com/krikk/Hiking-DDS238-2-WIFI-Din-Rail-Energy-Meter-flashing-Tasmota) to set it up. It works for reporting energy used - eg for hotwater cylinder, however I am lacking the reverse energy readings so that I can see what is being exported to the grid from my solar system.

The reverse energy kWh's can be viewed on the LCD display of the meter, and ESPHome can report them so this (https://www.esphome-devices.com/devices/Hiking-DDS238-2-WIFI). post says.

I use the following console command to get it to report power, current, voltage and +kWh:

Backlog TuyaMCU 33,20; TuyaMCU 32,18; TuyaMCU 31,19; TuyaMCU 37,101;

In esphome they have the below if get positive and reverse energy reported:

Is it possible to get the reverse energy data using datapoint 9 in tasmota, and if so how and what is the function ID for dpID9 ?

Thanks @sfromis, I have read the doc's on power metering, I have also looked at console data with weblog 4 set, which doesn't show dpID 9:

As you can see there is no dpID of 9 or 101 showing, only 18, 19, 20.
Is this because tasmota doesnt show all data points ?
And how did they decide fnID 37 is mapped to dpID 101?

I have installed the TuyaMCU helper bookmarklet:

Which shows dpID 9, but not 101.

So I am confused about the dpID 101 and 9.
Can function ID 37 be used for more than one datapoint, eg TuyaMCU 37,101; TuyaMCU 37,9; ?

Hey guys, I'm interested on this too, I have same device, and I'm looking forward to archive the reverse energy

Checking device logs I'm able to see 9 dpID tuya value 0, right now the meter display is showing -000000, I need to apply some reverse current to see if the value change and if I receive that value in tuya logs. Let you know...

I've tested mine too and also get 0 with dpID 9. I don't know if the original firmware it shows reverse energy because I flashed it with tasmota as soon as I received it. I someone has this device with the tuya firmware, please report if reverse energy is working.

I flipped over the cables in the meter to force a reverse energy, the device display -000001, current still positive though, so, if tuya sends the value in dpID 9 it only will only useful for statistics, unfortunately I wasn't on my machine to see tuya logs, I will keep an eye this night to see if there is any dpID 9 event

I have it installed to my solar inverter. It should constantly show negative values. But it only shows positive power. Whatever I have tried, the dpID 9 is 0.

Yeah, I tried last night, no tuya pdID 9 values were sent on display change for reverse counting, the only pdID 9 value = 0 is send is when tasmota is restarting, I'll try to restore meter to original tuya firmware and play a little bit with local tuya to see if there is any value there
