Adding a compile option to disable the mouse cursor

Hi,

We are using an AR1100 touch screen controller:

I would like to add a compile time flag to disable the cursor icon on screen, if there is an easier way to disable the cursor via a configuration file or similar, that would be nice.

This touch controller is only usable when it is emulating a mouse.
