Provide hosting for agent builds needed for hub long-term operation

I have placed agent builds in my personal business Dropbox location up until now. I don't mind leaving them there, but a longer-term location should be found, if possible. I believe Andrew can offer a location, if so, I can update the hubOS build process to download files for this new server.
