I could only find a "Secure Boot" ticket for GRUB, so I'll create this discussion on how to achieve secure boot with systemd as well.
Since the release of systemd 252 (2022-10-31) a new tool called
systemd-measure
was introduced that could potentially create TPM based EFI stubs utilizing secure boot (if I've interpreted things correctly.. I'm writing this down to remind myself to check back on this topic as I haven't tested it yet).To quote another section that might be useful:
