Bug fixes

We have fixed a few bugs on the backend side of CEA v3.35.1.

One important change is that we are now using conda-lock to generate the CEA conda environment.
This file describes the exact versions for each conda dependency for CEA, which allows creating consistent conda environments for every machine. This would mean less bugs/issues that arise from incompatible dependency versions.
We hope this helps improves the stability of CEA for our users.
