Performance and updated version use problems on Forza Horizon 4 Steam version

In steam version of forza horizon 4 game doesn't support Inpulse Triggers because missing api support. I tried this dll only worked version 2.0 but game fps starts spiking (140 normally but instantly drops 60-70 sometimes) and newest version app not working (it's not see any process) and if I try another program to hook it or simply put dll into game folder game crashes.
(I am using Windows 11 24h2 I7 13650HX 4060 mobile 32gb ram)
