Unable to install OpenFold within Anaconda

I am currently trying to install OpenFold through the Anaconda command prompt, but I kept running into this issue when creating the environment:

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

• pytorch::pytorch==1.12
• bioconda::mmseqs2
• bioconda::kalign2==2.04
• bioconda::hmmer==3.3.2
• bioconda::hhsuite==3.3.0
• libgcc=7.2*
• aria2

I have tried installing those dependencies individually, but error did not disappear. I will greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

I suggest using mamba instead. And the pl_upgrades branch of OpenFold (with the #496 applied) .
