Add Page for Debugging / Printing in Move

Describe the content issue

We have this page: https://aptos.dev/en/build/cli/working-with-move-contracts#printing-debugging-information, however, i think we would benefit from having a dedicated page for just how to print.

From observing new Move users it seems like they really struggle to do things like debug print and are going to other sites like https://medium.com/cryptocurrency-scripts/aptos-move-strings-and-essential-debugging-tips-850984d5fd66 instead. The fact that this even exists I think shows the need for a page like this on docs.
