[Feature Request] Delete older messages #93

Overtime, the blocked messages list can get super long, filled with lots of old messages.

It would be great if there's an option to have older messages deleted automatically after some time. (30 days for example)

Of course, it would be better if the user can customize this option to choose how many days for messages to be deleted.
