live paper builder unable to extract info

Hi,

I'm creating a new live paper starting either with a PDF upload or with DOI link, however in both cases the system is unable to extract infos.
The error message in the popup is the following:

"There seems to be a problem...
We were unable to extract info from the specified DOI.

Please report this at:
https://github.com/appukuttan-shailesh/live-paper-builder/issues"
