Looking at the sourcecode, there doesn't seem to be a way to use i18n settings.
Neither is it possible to use the current device language to display date settings, nor is it possible to change the first day of the week.
The used date_utils library uses sunday as a hard coded first day of the week.

Please add i18n support to this package.

I created this PR today. I will make locale after it merge.
