What attribute can I use to do this in xml?

I can't do this in XML, but I can do it via Java:

MultiSlider myMultiSlider = (MultiSlider) findViewById(R.id.my_multi_slider);
MultiSlider.Thumb t1 = myMultiSlider.getThumb(0);
MultiSlider.Thumb t2 = myMultiSlider.getThumb(1);
t1.setThumb(activity.getResources().getDrawable(R.drawable.ic_icon_trackstart));
t2.setThumb(activity.getResources().getDrawable(R.drawable.ic_icon_trackend));
