Document the --authfile option that was added in apptainer/apptainer#2472 on the OCI Image Registries page. Look for the Sylabs PR(s) that added that to their documentation because it should also affect other sections. For example I see it at least in their OCI Runtime page. Remove any pieces that refer to the --oci option which we don't have.
