Enabling config cache support

org.gradle.unsafe.configuration-cache=true

Results

Configuration cache problems found in this build.

1 problem was found storing the configuration cache.
- Task `:updateLoco` of type `com.appswithlove.loco.LocoTask`: invocation of 'Task.project' at execution time is unsupported.
